How to Apply and Make a Reservation:

Step 1: Fill out the online Rental Application

Please fill out the Online Rental Application here
Filling out all the required information will expedite the screening process.

There is a $40 non-refundable Application Fee, you can pay that online through any checking or savings account by clicking on the link above.

Step 2: Complete the Secure Request for Credit/Background

You will receive an email for a Secure Request For Credit Check from Buildium TransUnion SmartMove. Please click the link to create an account.

Once you are logged in click “Confirm Request” and you will be asked to enter more of your information to complete the application process.

Step 3: Make your Reservation by paying the deposit online.

Once we have approved your application, you can make your reservation online by clicking the link below. The reservation fee will reserve your rental until your move in date.

*Please note: we cannot reserve any rental for your dates without this reservation fee. The reservation fee is typically equal to one month’s rent and is
non-refundable until you move in. Should you decide to cancel your reservation before your move-in date or before signing a lease, your reservation fee will be forfeited.

After you move in, your reservation fee becomes your refundable security/damage deposit, to be returned within 30 days of move out.The deposit cannot be used towards the rent.

Payment Option #1: Online ACH draft

Draft from any checking or savings account for no extra charge. We must receive the deposit and rent payment no later than the time of lease signing. 

To pay your online ACH draft:
1. Point your web browser to our home page at
2. On the right side of the page under “Resident Sign In” you will see First Time Visitor? Click the link underneath to Register Online.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions by selecting your property and then by entering your first and last name exactly how you entered in your rental application
4. Enter your email address and then wait for a welcome email containing your temporary password
5. Once you have created an account you may choose a recurring payment that automatically pays the rent monthly, every two weeks, etc. You may also see utility charges, credits or updates to your account here.

Payment Option #2: Personal check

Checks are only accepted 14 days prior to move in and can be made payable and mailed to:
Denver Metro REsource, 2841 W 24th Ave, Denver, CO 80211.

Payment Option #3: Credit Card

Credit Cards are accepted through Paypal. A 3% credit card processing tax will be added to the total rent amount.

Step 4: Provide a copy of your Photo ID

Please provide a copy of your Photo ID, Driver’s License or Passport via email or fax.
